Ordering + Payment:
- Online cart & payment on this site are not available at this moment. To order, please contact the shop through phone or e-mail with specific item to order and we will get back to you within 48 hours. Once order is finalized we will send an order invoice via text or e-mail with the payment instruction.
Shipping/Delivery/Pickup:
- We hand deliver in High River, Okotoks & surrounding areas for free. We also offer pickup — pickup location will be provided during the process of purchase.
Delivery in Calgary may or may not be charged depending on the distance and our delivery schedule (this will be discussed during the process of purchase). - For areas outside of mentioned above, please contact us and we can arrange courier shipment— shipping cost (w/ handling fee) will be discussed depending on shipping services available.

Return and Refund Policy

- Customers may return items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the products are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, customers must contact us either by phone or e-mail for a return authorization. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
- For order cancellation after purchase, please contact us within 24 hours from time of order and we will do our best to assist you. If order has been processed and shipped already, please contact us immediately to arrange return & refund (product must be in new condition and original packaging).
- In the event of receiving damaged products, customers are encouraged to contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the product. We will facilitate the return process and provide a full refund or replacement, depending on the customer's preference.
